Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you will lead EVEREVE guidelines, uphold our mission and culture, and ensure that it is consistent across our brand. You will partner with your Store Manager to ensure our customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience every time they shop in our stores. You will make sure that ALL customers are seen and connected with.
What You Will Do
Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART). Support recruiting efforts to build a team of great talent that work within our culture of HEART. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, lead by example, and assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching and developing employees.

- Previous retail or leadership experience preferred but not required
