Job Description
The Assistant Manager Food Service Operations is responsible for food service operations at assigned galleys, ensuring cleanliness and proper preparation of food. Provides supervision and work direction to food service workers and temporary workforce staff.

Requirements

  • Two years of college education or experience equivalency, and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Must be able to pass the ServSafe test and maintain the qualification.
  • Must be capable of managing an hourly work force between 20 and 100 employees
  • Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license REAL ID.
