The Assistant Manager II assists The Salvation Army in the operation of the Thrift Store for the Reno Adult Rehabilitation Program, managing store operations, customer relations, and staff training, while adhering to operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Two years supervisory experience in retail store operations
  • Ability to speak, write, and effectively communicate in English at a high and professional level
  • Valid Nevada Class C Driver License
  • Computer literate in Windows Environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and presence
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organization skills
