Requirements
- Proven leadership experience (at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment)
- High-volume retail or service operations experience
- Ability to lead by example, model company values, and drive performance, motivation, and accountability on your team
- Coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities
