Job Description
Gene Juarez is seeking a dynamic, team-oriented Assistant Manager to support their team and bring a fresh leadership perspective.

Requirements

  • Have or are willing to obtain a Class 12 or 13 MAST Permit
  • Previous successful management experience or lead role in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment (salon/spa specific experience is a plus!)
  • Experience mentoring employees
  • Adept multi-tasking skills and the ability to goal-set and execute tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skill in absorbing and sharing information clearly and constructively.
  • Strong social awareness, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to be a team-player
