The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and problem solving skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise team members. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Lead the store team with strong leadership skills and motivate them to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Assist the store manager in executing and performing all store job responsibilities.
  • Maintain a highly motivated team by assisting with hiring, coaching, and disciplining team members.
  • Responsible for managing and protecting all inventory and company assets.
