Job Description
Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. As a key member of the store leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, coaching and motivating a team of Stylists, and creating a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
  • Quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
  • Effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one
  • Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store
