What You Will Do
The Assistant Manager will lead, motivate, and manage team members, achieve sales and revenue goals, and implement company programs to generate new sales leads. They will also coordinate club support functions, resolve member complaints, and promote a professional atmosphere.

Requirements
- 4 year college degree preferred
- 4 years management experience required
- Fitness management experience preferred
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
