Role OverviewAssistant Managers support Practice Managers in overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising employees, and ensuring patient needs are met.
What You Will Do
Resolves customer service issues, monitors patient flow, assists with sales and troubleshooting, and participates in employee disciplinary actions.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ABO Certification preferred
- Extensive optical experience
- Experience with customer service and/or sales
- Management experience preferred
