Role OverviewWe are looking for Assistant Managers who will demonstrate excellent leadership for their TEAM Members and work to support their Store Manager in Dandy’s fast and fun work environment. The Assistant Manager will demonstrate leadership and positivity for their TEAM and help provide excellent customer service for guests in all areas of their Dandy experience.
What You Will Do
Communicate well with the Store Manager regarding store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions. Prepare to cover any and/or all Store Manager responsibilities in the event of the Store Manager’s absence.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent in education or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications
- Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities
- Two years' experience in the retail industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check
