Role Overview

The Assistant Manager will oversee restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. They will be responsible for food production, guest satisfaction, sanitation and safety, administration, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Restaurant Manager and a strong understanding of guest service, food handling and sanitation, and restaurant operations.

What You Will Do

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are correctly made to recipe, forecasting food production, and implementing the Food Production system. They will also be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, running a shift in the absence of the General Manager, and creating an environment of hassle-free convenience for guests. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining Health Department and Company sanitation policies, obtaining ServSafe Certification, and maintaining equipment in proper operating condition.
