Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you will serve as a leader for the leasing consultants, maintain resident ledgers, and assist with the leasing process from tour to move-in. You will also support occupancy and retention goals, build relationships with residents, and promote resident satisfaction and retention.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include applying creative sales strategies to motivate the team, maintaining resident ledgers, initiating lease violations, and assisting with the leasing process. You will also work with other teammates to plan and organize resident events, train and develop other teammates, and maintain work area and office cleanliness.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of leasing experience in residential property management, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule. A cheerful attitude and focus on customer service are also essential. If you have a bachelor's degree, bilingual English and Spanish, or experience with Tax-Credit communities, it's a plus.
