Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, assisting in achieving sales goals, meeting merchandising standards, and delivering operational excellence through effectively leading a high-performing team.
What You Will Do
Assist in merchandising, operations, sales, and customer service, conduct opening and closing operational routines, partner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate critical metrics, and coach and train store associates.
