We need you to help manage FPI, DAX, and center store balance, achieve budgeted financial results, and protect company assets.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing store operations, controlling labor, performing shrink functions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local statutes. You'll also teach and train departmental staff, execute pricing audits, and maintain a safe environment for guests and hosts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's Degree plus 1-3 years of supermarket management experience. You should be able to work well with others, lift 40 lbs. consistently, and demonstrate effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
