Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of a full-service restaurant, including food production, guest satisfaction, sanitation and safety, administration, and human resources. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and a strong background in all areas of restaurant operations, management, and administration.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all menu items are correctly made to recipe, forecasting food production, and implementing the Food Production system. They will also be responsible for assisting in ensuring guests' satisfaction, creating an environment of hassle-free convenience, and handling complaints. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining Health Department and Company sanitation policies, obtaining ServSafe Certification, and maintaining equipment in proper operating condition.

Requirements
