Role OverviewSupport daily store operations, team leadership, and staffing efforts. Partnering closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and support the hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.
What You Will Do
Monitor sales activity, assist with inventory control, supervise and support store associates, and maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role
- 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages
