Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards. They must insure all stores are staffed and training of all team members, and that all reports and paperwork is turned in timely.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for answering the phone, assisting carryout customers, and knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps. They must also count pepperoni and ham on every order, and ensure that drivers have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
