Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, team leadership, and staffing efforts, partnering closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and maintain operational excellence.
What You Will Do
You will monitor sales activity, provide guidance to associates, assist with inventory control, and ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies and operational standards. You will also supervise and support store associates, assist with hiring and recruiting, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role
- 3–5 years of overall retail experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages
