Role OverviewAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, team leadership, and staffing efforts. You will help drive sales performance, maintain operational excellence, and support the hiring, onboarding, and development of store associates.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting sales activity, providing guidance to associates, assisting with inventory control, and ensuring compliance with Citi Trends policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role
- 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages
