Role OverviewAs the Assistant Manager, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in operating the restaurant profitably within the established practices and procedures of Company Operations.

Cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.

Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry
- A High School Diploma

- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
