Role OverviewAs an Assistant Manager, you will focus on providing an excellent Guest experience, ensuring great food is prepared and served, and maintaining restaurant safety and security. You will also manage a staff of 4-12, assist with planning special events, and assist with product ordering and inventory.

Your day-to-day will consist of managing staff, planning special events, and assisting with inventory and product ordering. You will also be responsible for maintaining restaurant safety and security, and providing an excellent Guest experience.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience
