Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager assists and consults the Store Manager in overall operations and administrative duties, including determining methods and approaches to accomplish store goals. They are knowledgeable in each product area or department and provide outstanding customer service.

What You Will Do

Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets, consult on establishing action plans, assume responsibility of the store in the Store Manager's absence, and provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel
• 1-3 years of customer service experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
