Job Description
The Assistant Manager is responsible for day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring the team delivers exceptional guest experiences while upholding core hospitality standards and values.
Requirements
3+ years of food & beverage experience
Prior leadership experience
Current food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required by federal/state/local law
Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable)
Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math proficiency; comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard business software
