The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement, providing legendary service to guests, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. The position requires leadership skills, a passion for product education and showmanship, and the ability to motivate and train teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related retail experience and/or training
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
