Job Description
WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is seeking an Assistant Manager of Claims Processing to manage a team of Claims Examiners and ensure the smooth operation of claims processing. This role involves overseeing claims processing, maintaining quality and accuracy, and assisting with audits and administrative tasks. The position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related work experience as a claims examiner or adjudication experience
  • 1+ years direct supervisory/management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • Proven judgment, decision-making skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Concise written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and WebTPA systems
  • Proficiency in claims processing
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good rapport with clients, providers, and employees
