Job Description
The Assistant Manager of Housing & Student Relations supports the Manager of Housing & Student Relations in the operations of the residence hall program. This role involves managing student conduct meetings, assisting with resident relations, and maintaining the secure environment of the residence hall. Collaboration with other departments and support for housing applications are also key responsibilities.
Requirements
Collaborates with the Manager of Housing & Student Relations to execute the Residence Life programming.
Develops professional and appropriate relationships with and be visible to residents.
Assists with front desk management and mail delivery.
Supports the Manager of Housing & Student Relations with housing applications, placement processes, room changes, and billing.
Participates in an on-call rotation and work closely with TSCC Campus Safety, Counseling, Title IX, and Local Law Enforcement.
