Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to join our team at our Kings Shop Pop Up in Waikoloa, Hawaii. As an Assistant Manager, Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our retail business. This includes managing business enablers, such as financials, inventory, and vendor relationships, as well as leading a team of team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience managing business operations and administration, including experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with managing projects or processes
  • Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
  • Ability to work on a variable schedule, including early mornings, mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights or overnights, as well as weekends and holidays
