Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager, Operations role is an essential part of the store leadership team, responsible for making sure the retail business runs smoothly and successfully. They manage business enablers, ensure inventory and supplies are maintained, and execute company-driven operations-focused projects.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include implementing the Store Manager's Operations vision, planning and preparing the weekly team member schedule, and reviewing and monitoring business data and metrics.

Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
- 1 year experience managing business operations and administration
- Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
