Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Operations role is responsible for making sure our retail business runs smoothly and successfully. They manage business enablers, ensure inventory and supplies are maintained, and execute company-driven operations-focused projects and initiatives at the store level.
Requirements
1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including experience with scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods
