Job Description
The Assistant Manager Retail is responsible for assisting the Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance. This includes supervising store employees, handling customer/donor needs, and ensuring the store is open and operational during designated hours. The Assistant Manager will also maintain a clean and safe environment, process donations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of retail sales experience
  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally
  • Vision and hearing corrected to within normal limits
  • Knowledge of men's, women's, and children's clothing, as well as furniture and household items
