Job Description
The Assistant Manager Retail is responsible for assisting the Manager with day-to-day store operations and performance. This includes supervising store employees, handling customer/donor needs, and ensuring the store is open and operational during designated hours. The Assistant Manager will also maintain a clean and safe environment, process donations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Two years of retail sales experience
One year of supervisory experience
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Vision and hearing corrected to within normal limits
Knowledge of men's, women's, and children's clothing, as well as furniture and household items
