Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, Retail, the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations serves as the operational lead and primary backup to the Retail Manager, supporting the daily management of retail operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and customer-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of progressive retail operations or supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, replenishment, and operational procedures

Benefits
