Job Description
This is a full-time, in-house training position for a new Assistant Manager (store General Manager). The role involves working as an hourly employee and is demanding, requiring a strong work ethic, ambition, and willingness to work any hours, days, or week, including weekends. The Assistant Manager will undergo extensive training to acquire skills in customer service, people management, product preparation, and inventory control, culminating in a path to General Manager.
Requirements
Full-time commitment, physical and mental.
Availability to work any hours of the day and any day of the week, weekend hours required.
Prior retail or restaurant experience is preferred.
