Requirements

  • Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform repairs
  • Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs
  • Prepare paperwork, time sheets, and ensure Safety Policies are followed
  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to climb ladders (minimum 25 ft)
  • Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays if necessary
  • Must pass a pre-employment Drug test
  • Reliable transportation
