Growth and Financial Performance: Supports the execution of a comprehensive Plan of Work to assist with the achievement of growth and financial performance objectives. Leads day-to-day branch operations with a focus on excellence, compliance, and efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires a minimum of three (3) years in financial services, with experience in operations and customer service

- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), coaching and organizational skills
