Role OverviewThe Assistant Math Learning Center Director will support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans. The role involves leading and coaching team members, managing students' learning progress, and mentoring employee development. The Director will also teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Assistant Math Learning Center Director include supporting the Center Director, assisting with sales responsibilities, providing exceptional customer service, and leading team members. The Director will also manage students' learning progress, mentor employee development, and teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery.
