Role OverviewThe Assistant Nurse Manager will lead the nursing staff in the Emergency Department, Nights 7p-7a, and be responsible for patient care, performance improvement initiatives, and business management.
What You Will Do
Perform venous access procedures, administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments, assess patients' conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide patient education.

Requirements
- Associate's of Nursing [Required]
- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- 1+ charge nurse or relevant leadership experience
- 1+ nursing experience within the acute care setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
