Role OverviewThe Assistant Nurse Manager provides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level and coordinates direct and indirect patient care at the hospital-wide level. They are responsible for shift or program-specific operations of the hospital for the provision of effective patient care.
What You Will Do
Provide care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility indicative of professional expectation with minimal supervision. Assist in staff supervision and management for the Nursing Office. Supports the department Manager in accomplishing program goals and outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required within 5 years of hire
- Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience preferred
- Prior demonstrated nursing leadership preferred
- Current RN licensure in applicable state required
- Unit/Dept. specific required certifications
