Role OverviewThe Assistant Nurse Manager will work collaboratively with Nursing leadership to ensure the highest level of patient care is provided to our patients. They will help oversee daily operations and assist with staff management, contributing to the success of our organization.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular patient rounds, collaborate with nursing staff, foster a positive work environment, participate in staff training and development programs, review nursing documentation, address patient care concerns, and provide leadership in a high-paced working environment.

Requirements
- BSN required
- Current RN license with psychiatric nursing experience and some experience in management preferred
