Job Description
In this role, you will assist with supervising nursing operations and supporting the delivery of healthcare services within the detention facility while ensuring compliance with government detention standards, clinical protocols, and healthcare regulations. You will work closely with nursing staff, medical providers, behavioral health personnel, and facility leadership to support daily clinical operations, staffing coordination, patient care activities, and healthcare documentation processes.
Requirements
Must possess a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Must possess a current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of nursing experience
Must possess one (1) year of supervisory nursing experience
Must possess a current CPR/BLS certification and maintain any professional credentials/certification appropriate to the job specialty
