Job Description
This is a new role for us! In the Assistant Nurse Manager role, you will play a key role in the department to with the management of the patient care department by supporting daily operations, staff development, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety efforts.

Requirements

  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of two (2) years of acute care or intensive care nursing experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), preferred
  • Prior charge nurse, coordinator, or informal leadership experience, preferred
