Job Description
EyeCare Partners is seeking a highly engaged Assistant Office Manager to develop a patient-focused team and support daily office operations. The role involves ensuring a great patient experience, maintaining office procedures, and assisting with team leadership. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Effective execution of Total Patient Experience (TPE)
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with doctor/doctors associated with office location
Enforce all corporate policies and procedures
Motivate team members by remaining positive and communicating any changes in a supportive and constructive way
Assist with executing day-to-day operations of the office
Assist leading the office by guiding them to success through focused support and coaching
Handle team member and patient questions in the absence of the Office Manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
High school diploma or GED
