Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager – F&B/Rooms will provide support and oversight for the operational departments within the hotel, focusing on guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, and scheduling.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 + years as F&B/ROOMS Management preferred, or completion of Corporate Management Training Program equivalent
  • Experience with Hotel/Restaurant Operating Systems, such as Micros, HotSOS, Opera, Tock, Infrasys, Digital Dining, Etc.
  • Ideal applicant should have strong organizational and communication skills
