Job Description
Elevate Your Career in the Heart of the Wasatch Mountains. As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, with a primary focus on EPC, The Market, and Banquets. This leader will help oversee daily operations, support colleague development, and ensure seamless service execution across multiple outlets and events.
Requirements
Previous upscale dining experience required
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal communication skills
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Must be 21 years or older
Licenses & Certifications: Must possess or be able to obtain DABS certification, Must maintain a current Food Handler permit in accordance with local regulations
