As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, with a primary focus on EPC, The Market, and Banquets. This leader will help oversee daily operations, support colleague development, and ensure seamless service execution across multiple outlets and events.

  • Previous upscale dining experience required
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Licenses & Certifications: Must possess or be able to obtain DABS certification, Must maintain a current Food Handler permit in accordance with local regulations
