Job Description
Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager - Food & Beverage Venues for the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center. The successful candidate will oversee the Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market, and will be responsible for scheduling, forecasting, training, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management
  • Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work with flexible work schedule
