The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, staff training, development and scheduling, and promoting customer and associate satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
