Role OverviewThe Assistant Operations Manager - Housekeeping will partner with the Executive Housekeeper to oversee all aspects of housekeeping, ensuring every corner reflects Hyatt's high standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences behind the scenes.
What You Will Do
Leading daily operations across housekeeping and public areas, coaching, developing, and scheduling team members, delivering exceptional guest experiences, upholding safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence, and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of progressive experience in hotel Rooms or Housekeeping leadership

- Union experience (preferred)
- Hospitality degree (a plus)

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
