Job Description
The Assistant Operations Manager-Housekeeping is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars, as well as attention to detail and effective communication skills.
Requirements
1 year of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
