Role OverviewThe Assistant Operations Manager supports the day-to-day operation of the hotel, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage outlets and the flexibility to provide leadership support across Front Office and Housekeeping as business needs require. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting colleagues, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring efficient execution across departments.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Operations Manager works closely with hotel leadership and department managers to promote collaboration, accountability, service excellence, and a consistent guest experience throughout the hotel. This position is designed for a leader who enjoys being actively involved in the operation rather than managing solely from an office.

Previous management experience in hotel operations, Food & Beverage, or a related hospitality environment is preferred. Food & Beverage/outlet operations experience is strongly preferred. Requirements
- Previous management experience in hotel operations, Food & Beverage, or a related hospitality environment
