The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring excellent team operations performance, hiring and managing staff, providing timely deliverables and performance-related data, conducting continuous improvement activities, and resolving problems with minimal disruption to contract activity performance.

Requirements
- At least seven (7) years of management experience
- At least five (5) years of management experience on a large-scale operation
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Show superior organizational skills and work ethic
- Have a demonstrated ability to lead large teams
- Live within 90 miles of the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, New Hampshire
- U.S. citizenship
- Have the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-level federal security clearance
