Job Description
Tidewater, a leading business development firm in Atlanta, is seeking an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee to join their team. This trainee will support the promotional efforts for their home improvement partner, provide leadership and guidance to team members, and contribute to sales revenue growth. The role focuses on building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
Must be able to commute to the office every day.
12 months or more of experience in a client-facing role.
Working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Athletics, Restaurant, Teamwork, Training, Campaigns, Leadership, Communication, Outreach, Advertising (or related categories) is a plus.
